The same program, delivered two ways.
Both delivery options follow the same Health Triad philosophy, testing framework, Academy education, and scheduled clinical reviews. What differs is the hands-on component.
Local — Flower Mound, TX
Local patients receive eight individualized Structural Rehabilitation Visits, allowing Dr. Ozzie to assess and address structural, movement, neurological communication, and brain-body patterns in the office. Home exercises may be assigned case by case when appropriate.
Nationwide Virtual
Nationwide virtual patients complete the assigned Brain–Body Integration questionnaires. After office review, Dr. Ozzie provides an individualized Brain–Body Integration Plan that may include selected exercises, written or video instructions, recommended frequency, response tracking, and adjustments during scheduled follow-ups.
Follow-up testing
Your Week 12 completion review includes a personalized recommendation about whether follow-up testing would be useful and when it should occur. When appropriate, retesting is often considered approximately 90–120 days — three to four months — after meaningful implementation begins. This timing allows enough time to evaluate how the body may be responding to changes in nutrition, supplementation, sleep, movement, stress recovery, and other daily habits. Red blood cells have an average lifespan of about 120 days, while the body continuously produces new cells; Dr. Ozzie often explains this simply as “out with the old and in with the new.” The exact testing and timing remain individualized. Laboratory costs and any subsequent results-review services are selected and priced separately and will always be discussed before ordering.

Ninety days of assigned education covering the physical, chemical, and mental-emotional components of gut and immune health, released alongside your personalized roadmap.
Scheduled clinical reviews at Week 2, Week 6, and Week 12
Your roadmap visit sets the plan, the Week 6 review adjusts it against your response, and the Week 12 completion review establishes the next phase — including whether follow-up testing is warranted.

Is follow-up laboratory testing included?
Follow-up testing recommendations are included in the Week 12 completion review. Because the type and timing of retesting depend on each patient’s starting results, progress, and clinical needs, repeat laboratory testing is selected individually and priced separately.
When might follow-up testing be recommended?
When appropriate, retesting is often considered approximately 90–120 days — or three to four months — after the patient has meaningfully begun implementing the plan. Some markers may be reviewed sooner or later depending on what information is needed.
Why is follow-up testing not automatically included?
Not every patient needs the same test, the same number of markers, or the same testing schedule. Keeping follow-up testing individualized prevents patients from paying in advance for testing that may not be necessary or appropriately timed.
Are the local and virtual programs the same?
Both delivery options follow the same Health Triad philosophy, testing framework, Academy education, and scheduled clinical reviews. Local patients also receive eight in-office Structural Rehabilitation Visits. Virtual patients receive a questionnaire-guided Personalized Brain–Body Integration Plan with selected home exercises and protocols after clinical review.
Does everyone receive the same protocol?
No. Laboratory findings, health history, goals, questionnaires, response to care, and delivery method are reviewed before personalized recommendations are provided.
