Health Triad Comprehensive Evaluation™
An in-depth, whole-person assessment for individuals experiencing persistent, complex, or unexplained health concerns — Physical, Chemical, and Mental/Emotional factors evaluated together.
Rather than focusing on one symptom or diagnosis, Dr. Ozzie evaluates how Physical/Structural/Neurological, Chemical/Biochemical, and Mental/Emotional factors may be interacting and affecting the patient’s health.

Important testing clarification
The Evexia Advanced Wellness Blood Chemistry Panel is not automatically included. Some patients already have appropriate recent blood work. When new or additional testing is recommended, Dr. Ozzie will discuss the testing and associated cost before it is ordered.
If your primary need is new Evexia blood chemistry testing with a virtual review, see the Executive Biomarker Review™ ($495). If you already have recent labs and mainly want interpretation, see Blood Work Second Opinion™.
Three domains. One interconnected person.
Physical / Structural / Neurological
Movement, muscles, joints, fascia, posture, gait, balance, coordination, injury, sensory input, recovery, and brain-body communication.
Chemical / Biochemical
Nutrition, digestion, absorption, hydration, blood sugar, hormones, immune activity, inflammation, nutrients, medications, supplements, environmental exposures, metabolism, and laboratory patterns.
Mental / Emotional
Stress, perception, trauma, grief, work, finances, relationships, caregiving, beliefs, purpose, boundaries, resilience, and recovery.
- The purpose is to understand how symptoms, history, lifestyle, and available labs may relate — not merely whether markers fall within standard reference ranges.
- We do not assume all three domains are equally involved for every patient — we determine which patterns deserve priority for you.
