Wellness Programs
Our wellness programs are built around one measurable principle: sustainable results come from improving body composition — the ratio of muscle, fat, and water — not from chasing scale weight. Programs combine BIA testing, lab work, personalized nutrition, and supportive therapies into a plan that's tracked, adjusted, and honest about timelines.
Why do most diets fail — and what works instead?
The constant complaint with dieting: the weight comes back the moment the diet stops, often with interest. The reason is composition — most diets shed muscle and water along with fat, and since muscle drives metabolism, each round leaves your engine smaller. Our programs use BIA testing to make sure you're losing fat, not muscle and water, so the metabolism you finish with is stronger than the one you started with.
What's actually in a wellness program?
A baseline (BIA body composition + blood work through functional ranges); a personalized, food-first nutrition plan; attention to the metabolic inputs that stall progress — stress hormones, sleep, and blood-sugar swings; supportive therapies where they fit, including the practice's gentle ionic detox foot bath sessions; and scheduled re-measurement so the plan responds to results.
The stall patterns we check for
Working out constantly and eating carefully but not losing? The practice's experience says look upstream: elevated stress hormones slow fat metabolism, short sleep shifts appetite hormones against you (see sleep and weight), and unaddressed insulin resistance caps everything. A program that never measures these is guessing.
Measured, not promised
No before/after fantasy claims here — obesity connects directly and indirectly to most chronic disease, which is exactly why we treat weight as a health project with instrumentation: composition re-tests, lab re-checks, and plan adjustments at defined intervals. More muscle means a higher resting metabolism; that's the durable mechanism the program protects.
Start with the baseline, not the diet
Book a wellness consult — the first step is measurement (BIA + labs), and the plan follows from what we find. Or take the Care Path Finder to see where you'd start.

How is this different from a diet program?
Diets prescribe food; our programs measure the body first — composition, labs, stress and sleep inputs — and build the plan from those results. The success metric is fat lost with muscle protected, which is what makes results sustainable rather than rebounding.
What is the detox foot bath, honestly?
A gentle, relaxing ionic foot-bath session many patients enjoy as part of their wellness routine. We offer it as a supportive, feel-good therapy alongside the measurable core of the program — nutrition, labs, and body composition — not as a replacement for any of them.
Do you prescribe weight-loss medications?
Our lane is the natural, measured approach: composition testing, lab work, nutrition, and lifestyle. If your situation calls for medical weight-loss options, that's a conversation for your physician — and our program works fine alongside one.
