Why is my digestion always off?
Bloating, heartburn, irregularity, and food reactions are the gut's way of reporting a mismatch — between what's coming in and what the digestive system can currently handle. Rather than silencing the signal, we look for the mismatch: eating patterns, food sensitivities, stress (the gut-brain axis is real), and the nutrient status that digestion depends on.
Common signs of gut & digestive health trouble.
- Bloating after meals
- Heartburn or reflux
- Constipation, urgency, or alternating patterns
- Reactions to specific foods
- Fatigue or fog that follows eating
Where the problem usually lives.
- 01
Food sensitivities
Delayed, low-grade reactions to everyday foods can smolder for years. Identification and a structured trial beat lifelong guessing.
- 02
Eating pattern & pace
What, when, and how fast you eat changes digestion as much as the menu does.
- 03
The gut-brain axis
Stress physiology diverts resources away from digestion — many gut problems are partly stress problems.
- 04
Nutrient & metabolic status
Blood work shows the downstream effects: nutrient absorption, inflammation, and blood sugar patterns.
Measured, not guessed.
Comprehensive blood work analysis
Nutrient markers, metabolic panel, and inflammation markers show what digestion is (and isn't) delivering.
Applied kinesiology assessment
Muscle-response testing as a functional screen to guide which foods and systems deserve a closer look.
Structured food & symptom history
A disciplined record often localizes the trigger faster than any single test.
A personalized plan — built on your results.
- A food-first plan with structured elimination-and-reintroduction where appropriate
- Nutritional therapy to support the gut while patterns are corrected
- Stress-load work, because the gut listens to the nervous system
- Follow-up to confirm symptoms and labs improve together
How long until I feel better?
Every plan is written for one person, so timelines differ — but the pattern is consistent: a thorough first visit, testing within the first week or two, a results review where the plan is set, and a re-check of both symptoms and labs after a defined stretch of care. Chronic patterns that took years to build usually take months, not days, to change. What you should expect at every step is a clear explanation of what we found and why the plan says what it says.
Straight answers, in plain language.
Do I have IBS?
IBS is a diagnosis your physician makes after ruling out other causes. Our role is different: whatever the label, we look for the functional contributors — food triggers, eating pattern, stress physiology, nutrient status — that you can actually change.
Should I just cut out gluten and dairy?
Not blindly. Unstructured elimination diets are hard to interpret and easy to over-restrict. A structured trial — remove, observe, reintroduce, record — gives you an answer instead of a habit.
